Ranking the Assassin’s Creed Games

Here you’ll find a list of the Assassin’s Creed video games in order from the very best to all the rest. Keep in mind that the games that end up at the bottom of the list aren’t bad games, and are actually worth playing despite their order on this list.

Assassin’s Creed 2:

This is hands down the best Assassin’s Creed game that there is. Ubisoft learned from the mistakes they made on the first game, and where Assassin’s Creed was repetitive with only a handful of mission variations, Assassin’s Creed 2 offered more action and more varied types of missions to keep players from getting burnt out.Ranking the Assassin’s Creed Games

Assassin’s Creed:

Assassin’s Creed may have some shortcomings, but it is also where the entire series got its start. Without Assassin’s Creed we wouldn’t have anything to base the other iterations off of. I love the entire introduction into an ancient conspiracy that spans centuries and innumerable generations.Ranking the Assassin’s Creed Games

Assassin’s Creed IV Black Flag:

Yo ho ho and a bottle of rum, a pirate’s life for me! That’s the mantra of Assassin’s Creed IV Black Flag, if you couldn’t tell by the “black flag” in the title. There’s nothing better than stepping aboard your very own ship and casting out on an adventure where you may get into a naval battle, or even find some awesome treasure. Why is the rum always gone?

Assassin’s Creed Brotherhood:

Assassin’s Creed Brotherhood is the third game in the Assassin’s Creed series, and the game takes place directly after the events of Assassin’s Creed 2. Players still control Ezio, the assassin from Assassin’s Creed 2 as continues his mission to restore order to the assassins and take revenge upon his enemies.

Assassin’s Creed Rogue:

Assassin’s Creed Rogue is title in the series that acts as a sequel of sorts to the epic Assassin’s Creed IV Black Flag. Chalk with all the pirate stuff you loved from Black Flag, but in a smaller game with a more appealing price tag.

Assassin’s Creed 3:

The big marketable feature of Assassin’s Creed 3 is the fact that the game takes place during the American Revolution, whereas all the previous games had taken place so far in the past. Lots of people didn’t enjoy the game as much as some of the other Assassin’s Creed games, but I really had an awesome time killing some red coats.

Assassin’s Creed Revelations:

Assassin’s Creed Revelations has you playing as both Altair and Ezio, in two different time periods in the past. As Ezio tries to unlock the secrets of Altair’s vault, we find out some interesting things along the way. This game was more of a filler game in my opinion, but it was still fun to play.

Assassin’s Creed Unity:

Assassin’s Creed Unity was an awesome play because of the sheer facts that it was the first truly next gen Assassin’s Creed title, and it was also the first Assassin’s Creed title to feature co-op gameplay. The co op was a blast to play with your friends online, but there just weren’t enough missions to keep gamers coming back for more.
